You will see this is a very complex subject. Not only do the number of viruses, and their variations, make them practically impossible to count, but they manifest themselves in so many different forms

Now dangerous viruses are one thing, but what happens when you begin to experiment with them? Obviously, the only way to understand a virus is to observe it, and if need be, take it apart.

So while we can explore viruses and try to understand them, for the betterment of the human race, genetic engineering is a very dangerous business. I'm sure vast majority of my readers will be familiar with the typical movie drama where a bomb is created and is booby-trapped. Cut the wrong wire, and BOOM! You know the script.

So what happens in a laboratory when something goes wrong. Fortunately, and unlike a bomb, they can be destroyed if they pose a serious threat. But what if a virus is experimented upon to create a biological weapon? Biological warfare is a reality.

You may think that any civilised country is beyond using biological weapons to attack another. But before I continue within this theme, another link to explore ...

The Biological Weapons Convention

OK. There is a convention, an agreement which restricts nations from exploiting biological weapons. But is it worth the paper it is written on?

Just like nuclear weapons, if one side has them, the other have to have them as well. If the other side builds more, then so other side does likewise. The simple message here is nobody trusts the next person. Everybody will always be suspicious of what their potential enemies may be doing. So, for example, what has been happening in the UK?

This why conventions are created - and then quite possibly ignored. Nobody wants to lose ground and let their enemy get the upper hand.

The issue here is this. Nobody will officially admit to experimenting with biological weapons - at least for 'nefarious' purposes. Any work in this area would have to be top secret.

And would any Government dare be 'caught with their pants down'? Not really. I think we could safely assume that any work on biological weapons would have to be 'politically distanced' from any Government. Accountability is not the order of the day.

The centre of controversy in the past has been the previously Government-owned Porton Down establishment. Little surprise, perhaps, that the Government wanted to hand it over to a private investor. "Porton Biopharma Limited was formed, and became operational on the 1st of April 2015." There you go!

Prior to 2015, Porton Down had something of a dubious reputation. It wasn't just the Cold War experiments they were involved in, but the deaths of some of it's personnel. Notably:

Back to the main issue

Although I have included information on chemical, as well as biological research, I wanted to put this all together to let the reader see what goes on behind locked doors. Once you understand all of this, it is easier to equally understand that anything is possible.

So, viruses and genetic modification. Who knows what dark experiments are being conducted without our knowledge. Are the previously mentioned 'conventions' just for public consumption? Are they created to prevent awareness of what is really happening? Do we really expect anyone to believe that a genetically-changed virus is not both achievable and being released upon us? if so, who are the targets?

Considering the desire to reduce the world's population to 'manageable' levels, the easiest way to do this, and target specific ethnic cultures, is to create a weapon that can effect everyone, but be mostly aimed at the 'useless eaters'. This is where the vaccine programme kicks in. Create the plague, and then the alleged cure via a vaccination programme. Something not immediate, but once completed will begin to see the target groups dying in large numbers.

Genetically-modified viruses

Finally, to main issue: can the conspirators really genetically engineer a virus to a highly detailed level? I would probably have to say - why not?

To understand how this could be achieved, you would need to understand the working principles of genetic manipulation. Obviously, this is a very complex subject, and as lay people, we can only make a stab in the dark as to what is really happening in the laboratories of New World Order controlled scientists. That all said and done, I'll give it a go. Nothing to lose!

The precursor to genetically-engineered vaccines?

While genetically-engineered vaccines are spoken of as a possible solution to some quite appalling afflictions, what if a genetically-modified virus was created to affect much larger swathes of the human race - as an excuse to get more people injected with a vaccine with an ulterior motive?

What if someone came up with the idea of using a vaccine to change the human brain to modify behaviour? Maybe to pacify the recipient? Yes?

Numerous scientific references exist showing that fluoride introduced to the water supply can affected the pineal gland of the brain. It can reduce IQ levels. But this is starting to look more like a blunt weapon compared to a vaccine which can bring about a more radical physiological change to the brain.

Where such an ulterior motive exists, there has to be a reason why someone would wish to be injected with a substance, either openly or clandestinely, to achieve a change to brain function. This is where a genetically-modified virus can enter the argument.

In simple terms, first create a disease, then a cure - a cure which may contain more 'content' than is admitted. This is where a disputed video recording is of interest. Was the following recording an example to show how brain chemistry can be altered to pacify it's target? I will let you watch it, and you should make up your own mind. But remember, there are many sinister forces in this world that think this way. You will also find such sinister forces exist in the darkest corners of ambitious and malevolent political agencies - agencies hidden behind the veil of secrecy and hiding behind the name of 'National Security'.

In this video we see how it is suggested that a virus (influenza or coronavirus) should be 'released' into the environment to create a situation (a pandemic) where a vaccine can be introduced to combat the virus, but in reality, be introduced to achieve a totally different objective. The vaccine created could be a 'Trojan Horse'. This means that while it appears as a gift, it actually contains a destructive force. "Beware of Greeks bearing gifts", as the old saying goes.

Now while the subject of genetically-engineered vaccines is a contentious issue, the issue of genetically-modified viruses remains in the domain of scientists working in secretive Government-controlled (or licenced) laboratories. Do Governments, albeit under potentially false pretences, experiment upon viruses as a way of defending against any biological attack from a hostile source? Or is there also a motive to use such 'weapons' as a means of a last resort, as a form of retaliation? Or maybe even as a concealed form of provocation?

We have to face the reality that the world is a very unstable place. We have numerous super-powers holding nuclear weapons. That is on top of potentially vast armies and military hardware. So why not also hold an arsenal of chemical and biological weapons? Either of these last two weapons would be so easy to deploy, and would reserve any other military measures in reserve for a final conflict where the enemy is depleted by sickness or disability. Let's face it, if we have enough nuclear weapons to destroy the world several times over, the same mentality will know no boundaries when it comes to warfare.

It can also be argued that where a country does not hold destructive hardware, their only weapon would be either chemical or biological. Ergo, being a super-power is no reassurance of any kind of security. Chemical and biological weapons create a much more level playing field in the theatre of war.

Wuhan? It's not just the Chinese ...

Wars fought without the use of conventional weapons take place each day. Accusations are used as a form of threat, retribution, insinuation, and so much more in the world of politics. It's like a childish game where name-calling is used to attack the opponent. This type of finger-prodding harassment is one where one side provokes the other, and the opponent replies in kind. Then it degenerates into a battle of sanctions and embargoes. These tit-for-tat exchanges are war in all but name, but where the two sides realise they are each too powerful to let it escalate any further. But what if you wanted to escalate - and wanted to blame your opponent of which you are guilty yourself?

Although there are disputed sources of this strategy, it has been in play since time immemorial. It's a way of wanting to start a conflict, and then blame your opponent for creating the environment in which it is fought. Did this happen in Wuhan? Did someone create a genetically-modified virus and deliberately release it next to a known laboratory experimenting with viruses? And if so, was Wuhan the only location where it was released? What about other countries? Similar coronavirus ("Covid-19") symptoms experienced elsewhere BEFORE the Chinese admitted the existence of the first infection?

In any scenario, this is distinctly possible. If it is possible, it will probably happen. Probability is the forerunner of almost absolute certainty. Therefore, anything is possible.
