While I have spoken of viruses, vaccines and GMOs, there is another environmental hazard that can impact upon our DNA. That is the dangers of cellphone technology.
The risks have been there a very long time. But how many people really paid attention to those little bits of paper that came with their shiny new toy - a piece of paper that gave salutary warnings about the misuse of the cellphone they have just acquired? Not many, I would suggest. I actually recall being in Great Malvern many years ago for a meeting on the subject of Chronic Fatigue. I arrived early and waited in the reception area of the building that the meeting was being held in. A young woman had in her hand a small box containing a new cellphone. Eagerly, she removed the cellphone from it's wrapping and began to play around with it. It wasn't her first cellphone. I knew this because I struck up a very short conversation with her before she became preoccupied with the new device. I asked her if she was going to read the piece of paper that came with it. I tried to warn her she should read it before using the cellphone and read about exposure time limits for radiation. She indicated she wasn't interested. The new toy was more important to play around with.
I'm finding this is the attitude to this day. The obsessive nature of many cellphone owners is such that they are hooked on their gadgets. They cannot even cross the road without looking because their gaze is focussed upon whatever appears on that tiny screen right under their noses. I've been in a few vehicles where they have had to brake suddenly because of such people stepping out onto the road. And why? It's because they are so distracted. And then there are those who walk around like zombies in the street not looking where they tread, or who they may bump into.
It is this sickness, this obsessive compulsive behaviour of some that is disturbing. These are the sort of people who are never open to reason. Try to talk to them, and as soon as their cellphone rings, they ignore you and wander off into their own little freakish world.
Cellphone retailers know that many are hooked on their devices. They are the technological version of drug dealers. They know their victims crave the next upgrade, and are hooked on the technology. It is going to be so simple to eventually persuade these types of people to take the ultimate upgrade - a chip implanted in their head. I'm getting a little ahead of myself. Let's look at the evolution of cellphone technology and see where it may end up.
Introduction. My first memory of cellphone technology, and I use the term loosely, is of a business I observed many years ago. He had one of the very first clumsy-looking devices. It was a piece of technology that was somewhere, in size, in the region of between a house brick and a shoebox. It was so big, it was probably advisable to use a briefcase to carry it around.

It's quite funny thinking of those days. This was in the early 1980s that these cellphones were first commercially released. But it was a full ten years after they were first designed in the US.
In a little over thirty years, the technology has come on in leaps and bounds. The first phones were analogue. Cumbersome, expensive, and took many hours to charge. Before I begin to discuss 2G through 5G, let's look at wavelengths in general. I begin with light.
What effect can different wavelengths of light have upon the human body? The one I wish to draw your attention to is the blue wavelength. This may seem run-of-the-mill in the sense it is similar to other light frequencies, but it is not. I know all too well from a distressing condition called 'Computer Vision Syndrome' ("CVS") that the blue light frequency is potentially very harmful. It is because of this frequency that I suffered months of distressing Vertigo-type symptoms. The cure, which I had to find for myself, was to have a blue light filter applied to my reading spectacles (which I use when on a computer). Before I continue, look at these images:

2G is the 'child' of 1G. But as 1G used analogue technology, 2G was the 'Brave New World' of digital technology. 1G is now outdated. It has no place in the future of advanced communication technology.
The new digital version of mobile communications arrived early in the 1990s. There is plenty of information which can be obtained via other websites regarding the evolution of cellphone technology, but as I have already said, we need to be focussed upon the effects of such technology upon the environment.
Here is a quote from Quora: "2G and 3G have had fixed frequencies, but 4G doesn't follow such rules. 2G is usually run on 900Mhz or 1800Mhz worldwide, except America where 2G is on 800Mhz/850Mhz/1900Mhz. 3G is usually run on 900Mhz or 2100 Mhz, again, except America where 3G is on 850Mhz/1700Mhz/1900Mhz.".Let's look at the spectrum between the frequencies of 800Mhz and 2100Mhz. This encompasses all 2G frequencies worldwide, and also takes in 3G as well (including the USA).

You will see from the image above that 2G and 3G frequencies fit well within the 'permeable zone'. This has both advantages and disadvantages. Just by themselves, these 'native' frequencies can serve many purposes, but they are not sufficient for more advanced technology in their purest form. However! These frequencies can be used to carry 5G signals over longer distances for the provision of 5G signals, using modulation. Essentially, the existing frequencies for systems below 5G will act as carriers. Here's an example ...
Verizon published on the 18th November, 2019, the following statement: "Recently deployed, Verizon’s 5G UWB network uses 28 and 39 GHz mmWave spectrum bands having 40x bandwidth of 4G LTE 700MHz network. This will aid the network in latency, speed and capacity, as a higher number of devices will be able to operate on that high-band frequency spectrum. To give you an idea, 4G latency is around 20-30 milliseconds, which means it takes that amount of time for information to travel between origin and receiver. 5G latency, though, is expected to someday reach below 10 milliseconds. Verizon will also deploy 5G technology on lower frequency bands including 700 MHz-2500 MHz frequency range to cover wide area. So, essentially, 5G will fit in and around existing frequencies for 2G through 4G. But I will address 5G, and modulation, in more detail later.
The bottom line for 2G is that, along with 3,4 and 5G, the frequencies we are exposed to could have very subtle effects upon our bodies. This is because if a simple blue light wavelength being radiated from a simple visual display unit can damage eyesight, what can other wavelengths do to us? The answer is in the level of radiation we are exposed to. There has to be a higher-than-normal exposure to radiation to cause visible harmful effects. What subtle effects we are experiencing without any visible sign of deterioration is another subject altogether.
4G. This technology surpassed what 2 and 3G could offer. To continue the quote from Quora I gave earlier: "4G/LTE has a lot more frequencies." Namely:
So while 4G is more useful than 2 and 3G, it occupies a similar space on the frequency spectrum. Ergo, anything you may find wrong with 2 or 3G, will similarly apply to 4G.
Up to 300 GHz? Seriously? And with such a short range of effectiveness, how much power is being put out at short range? Before I continue, please look at this website:

A typical 2G, 3G, or 4G antenna has got a transmission power of 20W (43 dBm)." Certainly, 100 kW is substantially more than 11.5 kW. But what about proximity? The people who volunteered to be tested against the ADS were some distance away. But how close will a 5G antenna be away from your home? Right outside your child's bedroom (as it has been suggested elsewhere)?

Short-term exposure can have adverse physiological effects in the peripheral nervous system, the immune system and the cardiovascular system.
